Anduril announced the acquisition of ExoAnalytic Solutions, a space domain awareness company operating approximately 400 ground-based optical telescopes worldwide that track objects in geosynchronous Earth orbit (36,000 km altitude), where high-value U.S. defense and intelligence satellites are stationed. The acquisition more than doubles Anduril's space division from 120 to 250+ employees.

ExoAnalytic's 130 employees in California, Colorado, and Alabama will be directly integrated into Anduril (not a separate subsidiary). The company converts telescope observations into situational awareness tools for U.S. national security agencies — complementing Anduril's own space-based missile interceptor development (contracted by the Pentagon in late 2025).

The acquisition was explicitly framed as positioning Anduril for Golden Dome contracts. Combined with Anduril's joint Golden Dome software development with Palantir (announced March 24), this gives the Thiel network both the ground-based space surveillance network (ExoAnalytic/Anduril) and the AI command layer (Palantir-Anduril Lattice) for the $185 billion missile defense program — alongside SpaceX's satellite tracking constellation.
