The Department of Veterans Affairs awarded Palantir a 5-year, $385.4 million contract to build and maintain the National Center for Veterans Analysis and Statistics (NCVAS) Platform. The system ingests health and veteran data from across the VA and partner agencies including the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, Social Security Administration, and Internal Revenue Service.

While framed as improving veteran health outcomes, the contract extends Palantir's cross-agency data integration footprint — the same architectural pattern used in ImmigrationOS and the DOGE IRS mega-API. Each new contract deepens Palantir's access to another silo of sensitive government data (health records, military service records, tax data, Social Security records), building toward the Total Information Awareness vision that Congress banned in 2003 but that Palantir has been reconstructing one contract at a time.
