At Dubuque Rally, Trump Says Somali Immigrants "Vote Exactly the Way They're Told" and Calls Alaska Race "Voter Fraud"; CNN Says No Evidence

At a rally in Dubuque, Iowa, on Sunday, President Trump said “There’s tremendous groups of Somalians going into Ohio, and they’re trying to play with the elections,” and of Minnesota’s Somali immigrant population, “They vote exactly the way they’re told to vote,” CNN reported. CNN wrote: “There is no evidence to the president’s assertions.” Hours after a federal judge dismissed the Justice Department’s Alaska suit (2026-10-22–doj-sues-alaska-to-bar-senate-certification-if-sullivan-loses-nvra), he said Democrats in Alaska had engaged in “voter fraud at the highest level” and repeated that the Democratic nominee should be prosecuted: “This behavior in our elections cannot be allowed to continue.” CNN notes that, asked last week whether he would respect the results, he said, “I will if they are honest elections, yeah.” CNN is the source for all of this; the rally transcript was not read.
