- Oct. 27 (meeting date): the township had noticed a special meeting at 4:00 p.m. to vote on PNK’s application. The supervisors, David Masser, Arthur Masser and Michael Keiser, unanimously approved the motion granting PNK Group conditional use for a data center in the Commercial Manufacturing district at Great Stream Commons, per The Daily Item. Nearly 60 residents reacted in anger afterward.
- Not yet bound: the written decision and its conditions, whether the board also acted on PNK’s zoning-amendment request, and any appeal. No decision or minutes had been posted on the township site when I checked. Other figures about the decision appeared in a search excerpt only, because the article body did not load on my read; they are left out.
- Open clocks: a land-use appeal to Union County Common Pleas runs from the written decision; the separate Union County covenant dispute over the substation is unresolved.
