Date: Federal Register publication, October 22, 2026, a Treasury Departmental Offices notice. The comment deadline is December 21, 2026.

What it asks. Treasury asks for comment on an “Extension without change of a currently approved collection” for the Fraud.gov Tip Intake and Referral Form, estimating 80,000 responses a year. The description repeats the earlier text: “An artificial intelligence tool will process the initial entry and populate it into standardized fields, along with suggested routing recommendations”. No model, vendor, host or retention term is named.

The clock. OIRA’s terms of clearance for the emergency approval of the form say: “Prior to the expiration of this package, the Department shall undertake standard notice and comment procedures”. The reginfo page shows the expiration date as 11/30/2026. The comment deadline in this notice, December 21, 2026, falls after that expiration date.
