ICE Boeing 767 N703KW Leaves Alexandria, Louisiana for Africa; ICE Declaration Confirms Malabo Stop After Telling Court Equatorial Guinea Mission Was Cancelled

An Eastern Airlines Boeing 767, tail number N703KW, left Alexandria, Louisiana for Africa. The Prospect’s photo caption dates the boarding of shackled immigrants at Alexandria International Airport to October 22, 2026. The route in documents the Prospect obtained: Senegal, Equatorial Guinea, Burundi and the Central African Republic.

What ICE’s own court filings establish, in A.M.A.S. v. Mullin (D. Ariz., the habeas case of an Egyptian man removed to Equatorial Guinea in April): a declaration filed on October 22 said the third-country removal mission to Equatorial Guinea “had been cancelled”. A second declaration, filed on October 23, says the aircraft landed at Malabo at “1:35 p.m. local time” on October 23, 2026. ICE’s account of the stop is that the aircraft was there to “repatriate two Equatorial Guinean nationals”, which it says was not a “third country removal”, and that the aircraft carried “other aliens onboard from other countries” and made later stops. The same declaration has the aircraft leaving that afternoon for “Bujumbura International Airport”, in Burundi.

The planning document the Prospect saw is not in the court record. It put 30 people down for Burundi, and the tracker repeats that figure for the Burundi leg.

Who was aboard: the only passenger accounts come from Cubans who reached Bangui. The independent tracker records “Approximately 95 Cuban nationals – 90 men and five women”, per Yasmany Moreno, a Cuban deported earlier who met the arrivals. CiberCuba, quoting one deportee, reports “At least 85 Cuban migrants were deported to Bangui” and a group of “80 women and five men”. The two counts disagree on the number and on the sex ratio; neither is a manifest. The deportee CiberCuba profiles was “detained by ICE in March 2026 while working in Texas and was first transferred to El Paso and then to Louisiana”, that is, he did not come from Florida.

Not established: any passenger list, or any account placing a Krome or Broward detainee on this aircraft.
