Nevada's Aguilar Tells a Las Vegas TV Station: DHS Worksheet of About 6,400 Had No Names, and DHS Declined in Writing to Add Them
A Las Vegas television station published an interview with Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar on Oct. 15, 2026 (publication date). He said DHS “sent a worksheet listing about 6,400 people, of which DHS had verified 185.” The worksheet had no names, addresses or birthdates, so the office could not confirm identities, and he said DHS declined in writing to supply them. This is Aguilar’s account as relayed by the station; the page does not date the worksheet. No individual on the list is named.
