Reading
Each retention line (Craig, Culley, Schahfer, Centralia, Stanton, Eddystone, Campbell, Wagner, Guam, Puerto Rico) has been re-ordered on a roughly quarterly cycle, each new window starting days after the order is issued and before the prior one lapsed. The Puerto Rico and Guam lines are not coal. Alongside these, DOE issues short-term PJM, Duke and SPP dispatch orders for heat events (the top line above is the newest); those do not defer a retirement. The expiry dates above are the next renewal triggers.
Not covered here
The earlier-in-window orders for each line, the short-term orders other than the newest, megawatt ratings, cost, and court status were not re-verified in this pass. See DOE’s page for the full list.
