Welch, Min, Blumenthal and Scanlon write Kennedy and Zeldin about their reported role in the Milton and Lake pardons

Sens. Peter Welch and Richard Blumenthal and Reps. Dave Min and Mary Gay Scanlon wrote to HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin on October 6, 2026. Each letter opens with “We write regarding your reported role” in the pardon of Trevor Milton (Kennedy) or Troy Lake (Zeldin). Written responses were requested no later than October 20, 2026.
