Clock Tower X Files Havas Invoices Putting Monthly Digital-Advertising Orders at $4.5 Million Through December 2026, Past Election Day

Two later Exhibit B updates attach Havas Media Germany invoices to Clock Tower X for “Digital Advertising,” $4,500,000 a month each:

• Filed 2026-06-07 (Form NSD-4 contract date 2026-06-02; Parscale signature 2026-06-05; invoice dated 2 June 2026): seven months, April through October 2026, 7 x $4.5 million = $31.5 million. Filing explains “Amended work order reflecting updated fee schedule.”
• Filed 2026-10-05 (Form NSD-4 contract date 2026-09-24; invoice dated 24 September 2026): November and December 2026, 2 x $4.5 million = $9 million. The invoice carries the footer “Havas Germany acts solely in the capacity of a booking agent for the client.”

Adding the $15.0 million received through 2026-03-31 (see 2026-05-18–clock-tower-x-fara-supplemental-15m-received-13m-disbursed-sparkfire-portman) gives exactly $55.5 million, which is how The Leah Files’ number can be rebuilt. It is a sum of money received plus money invoiced, not a reported total of cash received. No post-March payment receipts are on the public record yet; the next supplemental (period ending 2026-09-30) is due about 2026-10-30.

The October filing means the engagement is booked through the end of 2026, about two months beyond the 2026-11-03 election.
