Texas PAC Booked $26.9 Million Against Talarico in One Day, Then $28.3 Million on Sept 29 and $32.4 Million on Oct 20

Texas PAC, the super PAC capitalized by SLF’s $158 million (2026-09-09–slf-q3-report-shows-musk-75-million-and-83-million-passed-to-texas-pac), reports its large buys on FEC 24/48-hour reports, almost all paid to one vendor, Flexpoint Media Inc. of New Albany, Ohio. Dates are dissemination dates as the committee reported them (not airing dates) with the date the filer signed each report.

• Sept 12 (report dated Sept 14): $26,879,614.88 against James Talarico, with a $26,982,612.80 line for Ken Paxton in the same report.
• Sept 29 (report dated Sept 30): $28,257,946.72 against Talarico and $27,942,299.52 for Paxton.
• Oct 14 (report dated Oct 14): $5,411,030 against Talarico, digital media.
• Oct 20 (report dated Oct 21): $21,602,193.12 (media) and $10,748,970 (digital media) against Talarico, $32,351,163.12 together (my sum).

A Texas PAC buy is booked twice, once under “support Paxton” and once under “oppose Talarico”, with nearly the same amount, so the Paxton and Talarico lines are one buy and must not be added.

The pre-general report for Oct 1-14 (signed and filed Oct 22) shows $0 in receipts for the period and $9,218,539.87 cash on hand at the close, against $158,000,000 in receipts for the year to that date. Buys after Oct 14 are on 24-hour reports only; the post-Oct-31 reports are not yet filed.
