Little Rock Board of Directors Rejects Data Center Moratorium on a 4-4 Vote
The Little Rock Board of Directors voted 4 to 4 at Tuesday night’s City Board meeting on a data center moratorium proposed by Director Kathy Webb (Arkansas Times). Directors Capi Peck, Lance Hines, Dean Kumpuris and Joan Adcock voted against the moratorium.
Vote on a moratorium; this was not a vote on any October item.
