Prison Legal News reports a $1 million payment dated July 16, 2026, three days after GEO announced a contract for a Hudson, Colorado facility, and a further $413,000 on July 31. The subsidiary appears in the subsidiary list in GEO’s annual report to the SEC for 2025.
