What the Federal Register shows

FERC’s order of June 18, 2026 opened a Federal Power Act section 206 investigation of PJM’s tariff in Docket EL26-67-000. That proceeding, not the large-load rulemaking docket, is where FERC took action on large-load interconnection. On July 28, 2026, PJM and a group of PJM transmission owners each asked FERC to hold the show-cause proceeding in abeyance for 90 days.

FERC’s eLibrary docket sheet for this proceeding lists a later letter order on that motion; read the docket sheet for its date and outcome. The docket sheet for the large-load rulemaking showed no Commission-issued rulemaking order after the April intent-to-act order when read on the day this entry was written.
