Clock Tower X’s first six-month supplemental statement covers 2025-10-01 through 2026-03-31 and was signed and filed 2026-05-18. Its financial appendices are the best primary record of where the Israel-linked money went.
Receipts ($15,000,000): $1.5 million on 2025-10-24 and 2025-11-17; $3 million each on 2025-12-11, 2025-12-19, 2026-02-05 and 2026-03-03. All are from Havas Media Germany GmbH, purpose “Payment for Services.” A State of Israel principal is listed as ended 2025-10-13 with the explanation that registration for it “was in error” and no money moved under it.

SparkFire plus Portman Road is $11,452,000, 87.7 percent of disbursements. Not a single line item goes to the individual influencers or the “creator” shops named elsewhere. The registrant also reports an $850,000 loan from Parscale to the registrant (2025-11-07) and a $750,000 repayment (2025-12-11), and Parscale’s own political contributions including $10,000 to Max Miller Victory (2025-12-22).
Informational materials. Item 18 lists the sites the operation published to: allyvia.org, culturavia.org, cognitura.org, econora.org, justorium.org, factsignal.org, paxpoint.org, innovascope.org, compassionpulse.org, thetruthaboutiran.com, feedingyoufiction.com, plus YouTube and Rumble channels “AlliesforPeace.” The FARA docket holds 204 informational-materials filings between 2025-10-25 and 2026-10-13.
Subcontractors. Item 5(b) names 13 short-form registrants as subcontractors/staff, including Michael Shields (assumed 2025-10-08), Jesse Stokes, Charles Barbour, David Werner (Canadian), Tanner Williams, Michael Cullen, Sterling Stavro, Ashley Evdokimo, Jill Eibling, Katelyn Bussey, Sarah Mautino, Elliott Husbands and Mark Ginsberg. Later short forms cover another dozen individuals.
The Intercept’s 2026-05-28 reporting (secondary) matches the SparkFire and Portman Road totals within rounding and identifies Portman Road with Mike Shields.
