Syria's Energy Ministry Signs MoU With Siemens Energy in Berlin While UCC Holding Signs a Gas-Turbine Capacity Reservation Agreement

SANA reported that President al-Sharaa witnessed, at Siemens Energy’s Berlin headquarters, the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Syrian Ministry of Energy and the company, and the signing of a capacity reservation agreement between UCC Holding and Siemens for gas-fired generation.

The second is a supplier contract of the contractor, not a Ministry contract.
