D.R.I. Judge Orders Full November SNAP Payments to States by November 7
The Chief Judge of the District of Rhode Island issued a written Memorandum and Order granting the plaintiffs’ motion to enforce his earlier TRO and a new TRO. The operative language: the defendants are “ORDERED to make full payments of November SNAP benefits to the states by Friday, November 7, 2025, by utilizing available Section 32 funds in combination with the contingency funds.”
