Davis Media NY LLC (Reg. 7662) Registers Under FARA for Israel via Havas Germany and L.D.R.S Group; Filed Contracts Date to January and February 2024

Filing date (registration): 2025-10-12. Davis Media NY LLC (New York corporation organized 2017-12-06; sole owner and CEO Yoav Davis, who also filed short forms) registered for two foreign principals, “Government of Israel through Havas Media Group Germany” (Frankfurt) and “Government of Israel through L.D.R.S Group LTD” (Tel Aviv). Exhibit A for each names the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the agency represented, with contact “conducted through” the intermediary.

Havas side. The agreement date is 2024-01-16 (c3). The attached Havas order 82646/0, dated 2024-02-29, lists the client as “LAPAM - Israel Government Advertising Agency”, campaign “Swords of Iron”, and one line of $8,000 gross for 2024-01-16 to 2024-01-31 (c1). The activity description, in full, is “Hostage awareness campaign” (c4). The Exhibit A names the Ministry of Foreign Affairs while the order names LAPAM; the filing does not reconcile the two.

L.D.R.S side. A services agreement dated 2024-02-25 has Davis Media employ one dedicated employee, manage up to ten contracted “talents”, see that talent delivers five content pieces a week, and join weekly calls with the “Moovers influencer management team”. Pay is $10,000 a month (weekly proration $2,500) plus 15% on talent contract costs (c2). Either side may end it on 30 days’ notice; Israeli law governs. The attached copy shows blank signature and date lines. Registration Statement item 5(g) describes the services as “Hostage and humanitarian awareness”.

What the filing does not show. The initial statement reports no money received and none disbursed in the pre-registration window for either principal. No talent is named. No supplemental statement, amendment or informational materials were on the FARA document API as of 2026-10-16 (six documents, all stamped 2025-10-12). The registration came about 21 months after the first contract date. Whether Davis worked for these principals in the interval, and for how long, is not stated in the documents read.

Outside figure not in these filings. The Quincy Institute report “The Eighth Front” says Davis was paid $161,500 under “Swords of Iron” and cites the $8,000 for 2024-01-16 to 01-31; the page read gives no filing for the $161,500, and no document in this registration carries it. Treat as unverified.
