GSA Announces OneGov Deal Letting Agencies Buy Google's 'Gemini for Government' at $0.47 Per Agency

On August 21, 2025, the General Services Administration announced a OneGov agreement with Google for a “Gemini for Government” offering, with agencies paying $0.47 per agency for Google’s AI tools. The package combines Gemini models, Google cloud services and agent tools, and builds on the earlier Google Workspace agreement at a 71% price reduction.

The offering was valid through 2026. The deal was set to expire Wednesday but will now last until Nov. 15.

The agreement is a price-and-access vehicle on GSA’s schedule. It records what agencies may buy; it does not record any agency’s order. See the related OneGov entries for AWS and xAI.
