Epstein Non-Prosecution Agreement Closes — Re-emergence as Financial-Intelligence Broker Begins Phase 1 Gulf Cultivation

On June 30, 2008, U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta finalized the non-prosecution agreement (NPA) that allowed Jeffrey Epstein to plead to two state-level Florida prostitution charges, serve 13 months in a work-release program, and avoid federal trafficking charges that prosecutors had documented against dozens of victims.
