Choctaw Tribe Contract Reveals Abramoff-Scanlon Lobbying Fraud

The scheme involved charging excessive fees, splitting profits, and providing undisclosed kickbacks, ultimately leading to federal investigations, multiple guilty pleas, and Abramoff’s 48-month prison sentence.
