On February 21, 2025, AG Pam Bondi appeared on Fox News and told host John Roberts that the Epstein client list was "sitting on my desk right now to review," generating significant public expectation.
Six days later, on February 27, Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel staged a photo op at the White House distributing white binders labeled "Epstein Files, Phase 1" to 15 conservative influencers, including Chaya Raichik (Libs of TikTok) and Rogan O'Handley (DC Draino). The influencers posed with the folders for social media content.
